COVID-19 Procedures

The health and safety of our employees and guests is our highest priority.

Our full COVID-19 Control Plan is available for review upon request at each location, including the Westford location Ice Cream Stand, Grill & Seafood Shack and all Activity Centers.

Following please find the procedures we have in place to ensure safety for all, and abide by state guidelines for Phase 3 Reopening.

GENERAL:

  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks on our property. This includes waiting in line for food, ice cream or at our activity centers, and while walking around the property. Face coverings/masks may be removed when seated at an outdoor picnic table while eating or drinking.
  • All employees are required to wear masks
  • All guests are required to fill out our contact tracing logbook at each of our activity centers
  • All commonly used equipment is disinfected and sanitized after each use
  • All picnic tables are disinfected and sanitized after each guest
  • All high-touch areas such as workstations, door handles, countertops and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily

ICE CREAM STANDS:

  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks when waiting in line and placing orders
  • Guests are required to maintain social distancing from each other while waiting line — signs and markings are placed at each window for guidance
  • Counters are disinfected and sanitized after each guest
  • Please note that online ordering is available for our Westford location! Simply place your order online, choose your pick-up time, and your order will be waiting for you at our pick-up window.

GRILL & SEAFOOD SHACKS:

  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks when waiting in line and placing orders
  • Guests are required to maintain social distancing from each other while waiting line
  • Counters are disinfected and sanitized after each guest

COUNTRY STORES & CAFES:

  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks while browsing in our stores. Face coverings/masks may be removed when seated at a table in our cafes eating or drinking.
  • Due to COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended returns or exchanges on all items. This includes food, clothing and all other merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority.

MINI GOLF:

  • Each 18-hole mini golf course has a maximum capacity of 25 people per course to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. Please check-in at our Activity Kiosk (near the Arcade entrance) to check wait times and add your name to our waiting list if necessary. If you’re added to the waiting list, you’ll receive a text when there is availability for your party, and you can enjoy other activities on our property while you wait. Please note: we typically reach our maximum capacity by mid-day and experience a one-hour wait, so please plan accordingly! We do not have call-ahead reservations at this time.
  • All golf clubs and golf balls are disinfected and sanitized after each use
  • Scorecards and pencils are available and one-time use per party
  • All hole liners on each green are raised to ensure the safety of our guests
  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks when waiting in line at the counter and gathering golf clubs, golf balls and scorecards. Once on the course, face coverings/masks may be removed since social distancing with people beyond your party is possible. When exiting the course, face coverings/masks must be worn.

BUMPER BOATS:

  • Our Bumper Boats are operating at limited capacity to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. Please check-in at our Activity Kiosk (near the Arcade entrance) to check wait times and add your name to our waiting list if necessary. If you’re added to the waiting list, you’ll receive a text when there is availability for your party, and you can enjoy other activities on our property while you wait. Please note: we typically reach our maximum capacity by mid-day and experience a one-hour wait, so please plan accordingly! We do not have call-ahead reservations at this time.
  • All bumper boats are disinfected and sanitized after each ride, including seats and control handles
  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks when on the bumper boats

BATTING CAGES:

  • All baseball bats and helmets are disinfected and sanitized after each use
  • All tables and chairs are disinfected and sanitized after each seating
  • All entryways and stations are disinfected and sanitized after each use
  • All tokens are disinfected and sanitized after each use
  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks while getting equipment, but masks may be removed once inside your batting cage since social distancing will be possible. Face coverings/masks must be worn when exiting the batting cage to return equipment.

SOARING EAGLE ZIPLINE AND SPIN ZONE BUMPER CARS:

  • All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks
  • All high-touch areas are disinfected and sanitized after each ride, including seats, seat buckles and control handles
  • Spectators are asked to please maintain social distancing — markings are placed around both activity centers for guidance

DRIVING RANGE:

  • We encourage all guests to bring their own clubs; however, club rental is available
  • All golf clubs and golf balls are disinfected and sanitized after each use
