Children's Birthday Parties

Kimball Farm is the perfect outdoor setting to celebrate your child’s next birthday!

With classic summer fun like ice cream, mini golf and bumper boats, a birthday party at Kimball Farm will be one for the memory books. Our tented outdoor area provides a safe, fun setting for groups with 5 – 25 guests.

BIRTHDAY PACKAGE DETAILS:

  • $35 per person
  • 3 Activities
  • 1 Cup of Ice Cream (chocolate, vanilla, cookie dough or black raspberry)

Activities include any combination of 3 of the following:

  • One Round of Mini Golf
  • One Bumper Boat ride
  • (3) Tokens for the Batting Cages
  • One Soaring Eagle Zipline Ride
  • One Spin Zone Bumper Car Ride
  • One Round of 9-Hole Pitch & Putt
  • One Large Bucket at the Driving Range

Upgrade options:

  • 1 Cheese or Pepperoni pizza (16 inch – serves 8 people) – $18.50 per pizza
  • Goodie Bags (misc. candy & small toys) – $5 per bag
  • Juice boxes – $2 per juice box
  • Kimball Farm T-Shirt – $9.99 per shirt
  • Chocolate or Vanilla Cupcakes (sold by the dozen) – $19.00 per dozen

POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

EVENT PLANNING

We provide an experienced event planner to assist you with the booking process of your party. On the day of your event, your event planner will be with you for the first 30 minutes of the party and then be available via cell phone to assist with any other needs throughout the day. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

GUEST COUNT

The Birthday Party Package is for groups up to 25 guests. For parties with 5-12 guests a $100 tent rental fee will apply. Packages are not available to groups with less than 5 guests. Final headcount is due to your event coordinator at least 3 days prior to your party. Once your final headcount is submitted you can no longer decrease your headcount, only increase.

RESERVED TABLE SPACE

We provide an enjoyable tented area with picnic table seating; 6 tables total are included with your reservation. There can be up to two birthday parties running at the same time inside of this tent. Complimentary pitchers of water are available on each table.

TENT SET UP AND DECOR

Decorations are allowed (fire is not permissible) but must be approved by your Event Coordinator prior to your party. Guests are responsible for set-up and breakdown of these items. Each table comes pre-set with a red and white checkered tablecloth and wildflower centerpiece. Candles and décor for cupcakes are the guest’s responsibility. Early arrival is subject to an additional fee.

DATES AVAILABLE

Bookings are available 7 days a week. Time blocks are: 10:00AM-12:30PM, 1:00PM-3:30PM, 4:00PM-6:30PM.

FOOD POLICY

Outside food or beverage is not permitted per Board of Health Safety Regulations. Please inform your event planner of food allergies prior to your party.

CANCELLATIONS

Kimball Farm is open rain or shine. Your tent area is very well covered. If severe inclement weather occurs during your party we will do our best to ensure a successful, enjoyable time for you and your guests. Parties canceled less than 2 days prior to the event will result in a $150 cancellation fee.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Dates are not fully secured until the deposit is received. Final payment is due upon receipt of your final invoice (sent within 7 days of your party). Final payment includes 7% meals tax (6.25% MA Meals Tax & 0.75% local Westford Meals Tax). Gratuity is optional. Payments can be made via credit card, business check or ACH payment. Cash is not accepted.
